Enzymatic structural material (ESM) is a sustainable concrete moulded in hours and cured under mild conditions, reducing carbon emissions associated with high temperatures and weeks-long curing. One cubic metre of ESM produces about 6 kg of carbon dioxide compared to 330 kg in conventional concrete that produces 8% of global emissions.
