Chart: Clean energy set to attract double investment spent on fossil fuels

Renewable energy investment is now about double that of fossil fuels at almost $2 trillion, thanks to lower costs and increased global reach. Most funding is for solar, but also includes storage ($50 billion) and grid enhancement. Nonetheless, most investment is still in China, the US, and the EU with only 15% in developing countries.
