Canada’s first LNG export terminal aims to be the largest supplier of natural gas to Asia, a $40-billion joint venture that uses inland fracked gas from the Coastal GasLink Pipeline. Overpressure flaring causes coughing, difficulty breathing, and lung irritation, exceeding warm/wet flares (45 times), cold/dry (40), and storage and loading (5).
