Can Paris go 100% electric?

Paris wants to be carbon neutral by 2050 with plans to phase out diesel and petrol cars by 2030 and to electrify urban transport. Electric bikes, scooters, unicycles, hoverboards, and skateboards are all helping as are clean-vehicle incentives – €5,000 and free parking – although the charging infrastructure is lagging behind, both on the streets and in apartments.
